Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation, return and refund requests are handled for purchases from Bangalore Clothing Company.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to stop fulfilment where the order has not yet been dispatched or prepared for collection. Once fulfilment has progressed, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
If an item supplied is incorrect, damaged in transit or materially defective, contact us promptly after receipt with your order details and supporting photographs where relevant. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
Returns and exchanges
Because our collection consists of curated fashion items, return or exchange eligibility may depend on the item, its condition, hygiene considerations and the circumstances of purchase. Items must not be worn, altered, washed, damaged or returned without original tags and packaging where applicable. Please contact us before sending or bringing back any item so that we can confirm eligibility and instructions.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where possible. Banking and payment-provider processing times are outside our control and may vary after we initiate the refund.
Cash on Delivery orders
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund may require bank or UPI details from the customer so that the refund can be processed electronically.
