Bangalore Clothing Company operates a curated luxury clothing retail business from Bengaluru. By using our website or web app, you agree to these terms and to any policies linked from them.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, photographs, sizes and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Availability may change without notice and an item placed in a cart is not guaranteed until an order is successfully confirmed.
Orders
An order is considered accepted only after successful payment or confirmed Cash on Delivery placement, where eligible, and after our system issues an order confirmation. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled and will provide an appropriate remedy where payment has already been received.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the selected items, subject to any valid discount applied before payment. Online payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Cash on Delivery is available only where the checkout specifically shows it as eligible.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently offered only for eligible Bengaluru/Bangalore home-delivery orders with a final order value of ₹5,000 or more. Eligibility is determined at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn where operationally necessary.
Delivery and collection
Orders may be delivered to the address provided at checkout or collected from our Bengaluru showroom where that option is selected. Please review the Shipping & Delivery Policy for further details.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or web app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operations, submit false information, or use our content, systems or services for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The Bangalore Clothing Company name, branding, site design, text and original content are owned by or licensed to Bangalore Clothing Company. Third-party brand names and product marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to losses reasonably arising from the relevant transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protection rights and competent courts.
